Public Offer

This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) of the owner of the KartiTaro.ru website (the “Provider”) to enter into a paid services agreement with any capable individual who accepts the Offer (the “User”). Free tarot readings on the site do not require acceptance of this Offer.

Personal data is processed under our Personal Data Processing Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Offer is made in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is addressed to an unlimited number of persons.

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the Offer is payment for a paid service via YooKassa on the website and/or use of the paid feature after successful payment, as applicable.

1.3. The Provider may amend the Offer by publishing a new version on this page. The current version is the one posted at the time of payment.

3. Subject of the Offer — paid services

3.1. Monthly AI tarologist subscription — paid access to unlimited AI tarologist chat on reading pages (Love Tarot, Five Card Tarot, One Card, Yes or No, AI Tarot, Daily Tarot) for a subscription period of 30 calendar days from activation.

3.2. Live tarologist consultation — a paid online session (30 minutes, Moscow time slot) with a tarologist, booked on the website after payment. The session covers discussion of your spread and questions within the booked slot.

3.3. Free online tarot readings and the card meanings catalog are informational and entertainment features and are not paid services under this Offer.

3.4. Price list (Russian rubles, RUB):

3.5. No other paid services are offered on KartiTaro.ru at the time of this Offer unless explicitly listed in an updated version of this page.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are fixed in clause 3.4, duplicated on the website checkout screens, and shown on the YooKassa payment page before you pay (in Russian rubles, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise). The price effective at the moment of payment applies.

4.2. Payment is made through the YooKassa payment service (YooMoney LLC). The Provider does not store full bank card details.

4.3. The service is considered paid when YooKassa confirms successful payment.

5. Provision of services

5.1. Subscription: access is activated automatically after successful payment and linked to your account (email login). Access ends when the paid period expires.

5.2. Consultation: after payment you choose an available date and time (MSK). Confirmation is sent by email with links to reschedule or cancel. The session takes place at the booked time by arrangement stated in the confirmation.

6. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

6.1. Consultation: you may reschedule or cancel via the link in the confirmation email before the session start time.

6.2. If you cancel a consultation before it starts, a full refund of the consultation fee is issued to the same payment method via YooKassa, unless otherwise required by law.

6.3. Subscription: if access was not provided due to a technical fault on the Provider’s side, contact support for a remedy or refund proportionate to the fault. Voluntary withdrawal during an active period does not entitle you to a partial refund unless required by law.

7. Rights and obligations

7.1. The User agrees to provide accurate contact details, not to abuse paid features, and to comply with applicable law.

7.2. The Provider undertakes to provide paid services after confirmed payment and to maintain reasonable availability of the website.

8. Liability and disclaimer

8.1. Tarot readings, AI replies, and consultations are for entertainment and general reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8.2. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure, failures of third-party services, user equipment).
